ARA Job Posting Portal created exclusively for members

The American Rental Association (ARA) is continuing to work on strengthening the equipment and event rental workforce through the creation of the new Job Posting Portal — a resource that connects job seekers with rental career opportunities across North America and around the globe.

By using the portal, not only will your job postings be seen by thousands of candidates per month, but each open position also will be shared to more than 15 additional national and local job boards with whom ARA has partnered, including Careerbuilder.com, Military.com, Google Jobs and Facebook Jobs.

In addition, ARA has developed a robust marketing campaign to include Google Ads, social media and connections with a growing network of high schools, tech schools, colleges and training programs to drive candidates to your open positions and to help market your brand.

Take a look at the advantages of using the ARA Job Posting Portal for all your recruiting efforts:

  • Save money by using the five free 90-day job postings that ARA members receive — use the promo code ARA-5Free2022.
  • Save time by using a single sign-on at the portal through ARArental.org — you only need to use your membership login for access.
  • Stay organized by managing your company details, postings, saved candidates and job post templates from one user dashboard.
