Ideal Rent-All, Mount Vernon, Wash., a general equipment rental company located north of Seattle, has acquired Pacific Party Canopies, Burlington, Wash. The acquisition was effective July 13 and will carry forward the legacy of clean, high-quality event rental equipment established by Greg Greenfield.
The acquisition gives Ideal Rent-All the ability to broaden its portfolio of services from festivals, weddings and refinery turnarounds. Ideal Rent-All will retain Pacific Party Canopies associates so current customers can continue using the same event rental professionals since 1987. Ideal Rent-All will help Pacific Party Canopies grow with more resources, equipment and support, the company said.

The acquisition conversation started in Las Vegas at the The ARA Show™ 2021 on the trade show floor, according to McDaniel.
